Elafonisos island

A 30-45 minute drive from Monemvasia will bring you to one of two harbors; the nearest one encounters is that of ‘Punta’ the second and furthest from Monemvasia is the harbor of Neapoli a charming seafront town. Both harbours offer a short ferry boat ride that will deposit you upon a dazzling paradise of crystal blue seas lapping an endless expanse of white sandy beaches. Elafonisos will surely capture your heart with its stunning beauty. Depending on the season, ferry boats depart every 15-30 minutes daily.

Visit the well-known beaches of ‘Simou’ and that of ‘Sarakiniko’ and admire the surrounding sand dunes.
